A dense but highly informative read. It's intended for therapists, although I enjoyed reading it.

This is the definitive reference on the HSP trait. It is very densely packed with experiences and observations that are much more informative than Aron's first landmark book. If someone has reviewed this book as "superficial", then surely they must've not even come close to actually understanding it. Highly recommended for HSPs, though it will probably be too much detail and too deep for those who do not have the trait nor are able to relate to it.

Very superficial and not very consistent. I also found it a bit patronising. Or maybe I am just too sensitive
