      This isn't one I will actually finish, because it is meant to be a "thumb-through" book to get ideas on how to be happy. It is just a long list of ideas. Since I was listening to the audio, it was pretty useless for me. Also, I generally think that this kind of book of lists is not useful. May as well google an article: "lists how to be happy" or something like that. I've seen other books that use this format, such as "how to spice up your relationship" and things along those lines.       What an amazing book!! It really got me thinking about the way one can create their own happiness by doing just one small thing at a time. I was so impressed that I gave it to my mother who kept hogging it way past it's due date for the library!!!

      This is more of a reference guide. It is a fun, but quick read. I recommend reading it if you are someone who gets interrupted when reading. You won't miss a lot, or have to keep track of too much if that happens.
